Meet Andy Moss

Andy is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee and has served as a mentor for other entrepreneurs though the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce.  He is a member the American Staffing Association and has appeared as an expert on employment and hiring for various local and regional news outlets, including Staffing Industry Analysts blog “The Staffing Stream.”

Supported by his love for people, he began his career in the Staffing Industry in 1998 as a recruiter for one of the industry’s largest companies.  He eventually worked his way up to Sr. Recruiter and eventually Account Manager.  When the opportunity arose to start his own business, he took a leap of faith and began M Force Staffing in 2007. 

As the President of M Force Staffing, one of the Southeast’s top specialized recruiting firms, Andy is passionate about serving and helping people, and those values drive the entire culture of MForce.
